David Jones had a background in design and commercial art prior to becoming a painter. Stylised figures, intense colours and a strong sense of design characterise his work.
Jones spent many years overseas and has held exhibitions in the USA, Australia and the UK.
His work is held in the Wallace Art Collection and he has been a finalist on several occasions in the Adam Portrait Awards.
