NZ artbroker offers an annual subscription with member benefits that include exclusive access to purchase newly listed works, in addition to discounted rates on valuation and other services.

Who We Are

NZ artbroker was established in 2016 by artist Gill Hay, and long time collectors Jules Mark & Ron Mottram.

In December 2025, designer and digital content manager, Jen McBride purchased the business and will be carrying it forward. Jen has been with NZ artbroker from the absolute beginning, having designed the branding and first website.

What We Do

NZ artbroker connects art lovers to facilitate the process of buying and selling original artwork on behalf of private collectors. We seek to make art more accessible with an extensive range of contemporary work and a wide range of prices.

We take care of all aspects of listing, including photography, valuation and freight.

How It Works

New works go live every Sunday at 7pm. Subscribe to receive our weekly newsletter so you can view these listings or become a member and gain exclusive access to purchase these listings for the first 7 days.

The purchase price is inclusive of all commission and GST. No surprises.

Once your order is lodged we organise freight and hold your funds until you have received and approved the work.
