Born in Canberra, Neil Frazer studied at Ilam School of Fine Arts and spent a year at the New York Studio School of Drawing, Painting and Sculpture.
Frazer is known for his large-scale works, with their thickly applied impasto and rhythmic and gestural landscape forms.
