Linda James
1951 –
Linda James graduated from Ilam School of Fine Arts at the University of Canterbury in 1983 with a Diploma of Fine Arts and has worked as an artist since. Her acclaimed work has achieved several major recognitions including winning the Olivia Spencer Bower Award in 1989, a creative New Zealand grant in 2003 and she was runner up in the VISA Gold Art Award in 2003.
